You'll Need: 4 chamomile tea bags, 4 green tea bags, 3 cups boiling water
Directions: Add tea bags to boiling water. I suggest using a pot or heat-safe bowl.Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes.Place tea in fridge or freezer until cool. Hot water will only exacerbate the symptoms, so allow it to cool.Soak cloth in the tea, wring out the excess, and place on red areas for 15 minutes.Feel free to repeat until relief or when the tea runs out.You can store the tea for up to a week. Just make sure it is cool, not cold, before using.
Benefits: The chamomile is calming and can alleviate puffy, tired eyes. It also
helps to soothe skin with redness, skin inflammation, and rashes. The green tea has been proven to help with rosacea and with minor burns/redness, and sun damage.
This is a great idea!!
